Main objective of the workshop.
Understand adaptive reuse of heritage buildings from a people’s centre approach (bottom-up co-creation and decision-making) Provided in relation to adaptive reuse, participatory planning, strategic action planning, design thinking & tactical urbanism approach
Understanding community neighbourhood needs
Define a strategy to address community needs
Design the road map of the strategy
Access to the latest technology digital scans & images
DAY ONE
Understanding community/neighborhood need through empathy and human centered explorative interview mapping and observations
DAY TWO
Ideas and strategies developed through needs pyramid of actions & activities, feasibility, and effectiveness strategy testing
DAY THREE
Road mapping and sustainability by exploring critical tasks & developing criteria
