This series showcases local heritage professionals, shines a spotlight on Western Australian heritage, and provides a meeting opportunity for all those interested in heritage work.

This talk explores case studies to encourage the use of listening, looking, watching, feeling and even dialogue with the built fabric to aid understanding of its construction, behaviour and well-being.

About the speaker

Peter Baxendale is Principal Structural Engineer at MEnD Consulting and a well-known heritage engineer in WA with over 30 years’ experience in the state and UK heritage environments. Peter is a proud founding board member and secretary of the Heritage Skills Association.
